FUNDING APPROVAL

This invoice will be submitted for clients, who have been approved for assisted funding.

The Consulting Fee is 10% upon approval and will be adjusted per the set fee, you are agreeing to this consulting Fee as this invoice is paid with your signed contract.

There are no REFUNDS & Consulting Contract has to be signed prior to SUBMITTING any Applications.
